Hi, we have created multiple department and assigned Department A as default all email tickets will be landed to Dept A when we transfer ticket from Dept A to Dept B dashboard count still show the ticket in Dept A is there anything we missed out. Please help.
Sorry i don't understand the question. If you created tickets in Department A then they were opened in Dept A, so it would seem that everything is working as it should.
Hi ntozier, thanks for your reply. Yes ticket created in Dept A but I transferred Dept A to B so the dashboard should show the ticket count in Dept B. Hope it is clear now.
According to your screen shot... there are no tickets that have undergone any of those actions (opened, closed, overdue, etc.) during the time frame of 1/6 to 2/6.
