Hi osTicket Team,
We used osTicket (version – v1.9.12) in late 2015 to customized our project for Ticketing Tool system, however it does not support on Safari Browser on MacOS.

Please let us know what changes is needed in our tool to fix it.

gunjanshah osTicketAwesome that you've linked to is a third party (unofficial) theme. If you're using that and having problems, you'll have to contact them for support. Bear in mind that as osTicket 1.9.x is end of life, and has been for some time, you may be required to upgrade to a supported version before being able to use the latest theme update.
Generally I'd advise updating to a supported version anyway, but that's outside the scope of your original question.

We had customized our project from osticket, it does not support on safari on MACOS.

Yes, of course osTicket supports Safari. You are using v1.9.12 which is not a supported version anymore (since 2015-2016). You should upgrade to a supported version like v1.12.5 or v1.14.1 and then retest this. Also, if you have any customizations, remove them or create a vanilla install and retest as the customizations might be the issue.
