currently my system is showing only 2020 ticket no ticket is showing from last year 2019. i am using osTicket (v1.11)

1.11 reached end of life some time ago. So I'm not real sure what you mean bu it is only showing tickets from 2020.

Our OSticket version is v1.14.3. It is not showing tickets of 2022.
