Hello, I have setup osticket with authentication domain contrler server 2016 user, but when I login suscess and create ticket but not show content and don't see reply from admin. Someone help me?
There appears to be a serious problem with the users email address. Check out their entry in the ost_users_email table and correct it at the database level and you should be good to go.
