Hi, I have translated my os for PTBR, but some menus are still in english, how can I manually translate then?
In the attached file, some are in Pt_BR and some still in english, There are some place that I can go and put it manually? Thanks.
Queue names are editable in the Ticket Queues. Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Click on the Queues tab. Click on the Queue you want to rename. Change the Queue Name field.
