When reply to the customer client, there is not present automatic first mail in history mail, but only what I wrote. I put in the answer template:
% {ticket.thread.complete}

but it does not work. I would like the whole story in the email sent, even the first automatic reply by osTicket (

It is %{ticket.thread.complete} not % {ticket.thread.complete}
