[Feature Request] Knowledgebase search for end user

The search function of the knowledgebase is a very powerfull tool for Administrators / Moderators.
This feature is not available for end users, but they would definitely benefit from it!

The search function reduces the time you have to invest to find the specific article by a significant amount, especially when having lots of knowledgebase articles.

This is a feature request for the upcoming osticket version.
