The department can show number all opened tickets but in tab agents is none. Please help for this ! Thanks a lot. My osticket version is 1.14.1
Of these 43 tickets opened, were any opened by an agent or all opened by end users? In the Agent tab, only tickets opened by agents appear. If no agent has opened a ticket, then the value 0 is correct.
