Error in showing number Opened Ticket

The department can show number all opened tickets but in tab agents is none. Please help for this ! Thanks a lot. My osticket version is 1.14.1

Then I would say your Agents didn't open any tickets.

I've opened 6 in the last 30 days, and it properly shows that I have...

@LucasPereira ntozier Thanks for your reply. So Number in tab Department is not The SUM of in tab Agent with Opened items ? I see the descriptions of those is the same

All Tickets in Department have come from Users, Agents have not opened their own tickets yet.
Please help! Thanks

I have just created 1 ticket & it runs as you told. Can I see number all tickets each agents have received from users in statistic? Many Thanks

I imagine that would be the Assigned column.
Honestly I do not use the Dashboard, I dont like it. I do not feel that it is intuitive, and doesn't give me the data in a way that I want it.

side note: we use a paid third party report plugin from software-mods.
