Thanks ntozier making the changes in the Manage > Forms > Ticket Details made the difference.
BUT!! Now I need the "FROM" to show up. Any suggestions for that?
I imagine that you would do the same thing and check the From column is set to "User name".
I don't see "User name". I added it and tried several different types and nothing showed up in the From column. This is what I had before i just deleted the User name field that I added.
You are not looking at the ticket queue.
go to the open ticket list.

Try checking Use Standard Columns at the top of that and save?
Weird. go to Admin panel -> Tickets -> Queues tab
Click on Open
Click on Columns tab
Click on the Config button for From.

It did not look like that. Instead of User / Full name, it still had -Select-. But after the change, that did it! Thanks for all your help!
