Issue observed in Few QUEUE where Subject Details are Missing. I have deleted Cdata tables, still same issue coming

Did you by any chance edit the queue using the cog icon In That view?

If you mean to above cog Icon, then user may have changed columns visibility as per their view. But it should work on this also.

Or let me know what do you mean of cog icon?

I had the same problem (also changed userview) when suddenly some tickets did not show subject.
The problem was solved when i checked : use standard view.

Somehow this is a bug... however i could not reproduce the issue again...


    Probably you have this checkbox unchecked. By checking the colums should be as they were initially (set in admin->setting->tickets-queues)

    as i sayed .. i suspect a bug but i could not reproduce it. Perhaps ill try again later this week on a test-instance
