New Installation, getting Error 500 accessing any page

Hello,
Appreciate your kind attention.
I just installed the v1.14.1 on the LAMP stack. PHP version 7.3.13, mySQL 8.0
The installation is completed with all the tables created in the osTicket database.
Everything is fine till this point but accessing any pages like http://<mysite>/osTicket/scp gives me Error 500

I can access http://<mysite>/osTicket, it gives me the default page. Upon navigating to the "Account Registration" page, filling on the details, when I click on Register I once again encounter the same Error 500 <mysite> is currently unable to handle this request

What seems to be the problem and how do it resolve it?

I enabled logging and here is what I see in the server log:

The issue is resolved with a few quick manual changes.
