Hello,
This problem has got me very confused. when receiving an email about a new ticket opened or assigned, I click on the number (which based on the link of the ticket like: http://www.volls.se/support/scp/tickets.php?id=379) it tells me 404 Error.
But if I open the Admin Panel and open the ticket on the ticket (which is based on the same link exactly) it opens.
Please, can anyone explain to me what's happening.
UPDATE I tried to reinstall the ticket system, but unfortunately I get the same problem.
