osTicket does not have an automated way to do this.
You can either run an export from AD and then use the .csv to import users into osTicket using the importer.
Go to: Agent panel -> Users and click Import.
Format is:
email,name,phone,notes
name@domain.tld,fake user,800-888-1111,test
This means you would either have to run this import manually from time to time.
Or there is a third party [paid] adSync plugin available from software-mods. (The company that I work for uses this for our osTicket installations).
