I need different department that they have different help topic, then I define my department in help topics. Base on help topic that is chosen diifrent form will be shown (I define diffrent lists in my forms that have different help topics).
Now I need to determine my priority base on help topic in different forms. But I don’t know who I can link my help topics (that is a custom list based on different forms) to priority. Please help me…
Link priority to different lists
Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Help Topics
Click on a help topic.
Click on the "New Ticket options" tab
Alter the Priority setting.
Click Save Changes.

actually i have diffrent department with diffrent type of projects. i put my departments name in help topics and base on help topics diffrent forms will be shown that there are custom lists in them. base on this custom list priority shoud be change
Priority is a built in field. There is no way to link a custom priority list to the existing Priority list or vice versa.
ntozier Thansks for your response... from your idea is there any way to create a custom priority list and link tow custom list to each other? for example if I choose a special value in my first custom list, value of second custom list change base on chosen value in first custom list?
The only way to "link fields" in osTicket are Help Topic to Custom Forms. So I would say probably not.
