[resolved] Attachment does not work for users

Hi guys,

After I updated the osTicket version 11 to 14.1, users are no longer able to attach documents on tickets.

The "choose them" link no longer opens the window for selecting the files.
In the agents panel, it works normal.

What are your settings at: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets down under the heading Attachment?
(you have to click on the Config button to see them.

Your issue might be due to your PHP version very old, you should upgrade to 7.3.x and also increase Maximum File Size, maybe user are uploading bigger attachment then your setting, error does not show, but might be

The problem is not the size of the attachment but when I click on the "drop files here or choose them" link. Nothing happens. Does not open window for me to select attachments.
I updated the PHP version to 7.3 but the problem persists.

I see you have tried on different browsers. Did you also tried after clearing the cache??

ramrajone Yes, I did but had no effect.
Well, I updated the files again and it seems that the issue has been resolved. I tested it on all browsers and different computers and it's ok.
