POP3 Authentication cancelled

Hi all,
I am trying to configuring the email POP receive in my new osTicket instalation, but I'm getting the error "POP3 Authentication cancelled" . Any one had the same issue? How can I solve it?

The osTicket version is 1.14 , my OS is Ubuntu 18.4, PHP7.2.
The email server have the 2 POP ports, 110 and 995.

What mailserver are you using?
If you are using Exchange or O365 Exchange does the user account have permission to use POP?
Can you look at the mail server logs to see what errors are being thrown on that end?

Hi ntozier,
I am using Exchange mail server.
Yes the user have permission, since if I configure the like the thunderbird mail with pop it works perfectly.
At this point I can't get logs from the server.
I don't know if there are any logs on osTicket server to clarify the issue. Where?

The reason for the refusal would be in your mail server logs, not in osTickets logs.
But since you asked osTickets logs are at: Admin panel -> Dashboard -> System Logs

Take a look at this link for some email settings for osTickets.
Also, on your screenshot you have selected action do nothing for Fetched emails, you should use move to a folder or deleted it.

@ntozier,I will try to check with system administrator the email logs. m I have checked the system logs and didn't find any error there.

@ramrajone I have looked to the email settings but nothing changed. I have still the same error.
