I have a problem when the ticket is closed but the user is still able to reopened the ticket, it should not, request a solution, thank you.
wiwitharyadi Admin -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses Either change your existing Closed status or add a new one with the 'Allow reopen' box deselected:
