Sorry but you posted late at night (930pm here) and the next day was the USA National holiday of Thanksgiving. So I spent the day with my family and cooking. 
The answer depends on which UI you want to change it on.
The User/Client ui header is here:
\include\client\header.inc.php
The Agent/Staff ui header is here:
\include\staff\header.inc.php
