Tickets created by email containing "pasted" images are not correctly displayed: Same images look fine in email responses and alerts. Was working fine in 1.12, issue appear after upgrading to 1.14. Thanks in advance

Without making it seem like I'm hijacking a thread here (sorry ntozier!! 🙊 ) the same seems to happen in 1.12.4
I've let the devs know about these reports. Hopefully they will investigate quickly and get back to us. (these reports mean I'm not upgrading)

Download v1.12.5 (released a couple of minutes ago) here to address the issue for new attachments:

For current broken attachments you will have to find the size of each file in Bytes and update the size column for the files in ost_file table. (@ntozier you will not have to do anything but upgrade 🤣)

KevinTheJedi Thanks - will upgrade to 1.14.1 later today. Fortunately I run osTicket on a virtual server with snapshots, so just reverted to the 1.12.3 snapshot when I noticed the issue with inline images anyway 😇
