I know this 4-year old code is not integrated in the core repo and won't be.
I gave this link as an example : it describes a feature that I consider as really important. And I am convicted it would also interest a lot of OsTicket admin users.
Without this feature, people who have several teams and departments have a big list of help topics that makes an interface not user friendly at all.
Personnally, I don't have the sufficient skills to develop it and submit the modification in the OsTicket repository.
Is there anotehr way to ask officialy this feature to the OsTicket team ?
