I am using osTicket (v1.12.3) and the latest «German» language pack. Nevertheless, only a limited numer of terms are displayed in German. Quite a few terms are still in English. For example:
Open
My Tickets
Closed
Last Updated
Subject
From
Priority
Assigned To

I would be willing to participate in the translations. But it seems as if the file de.phar is not a file that can be edited with a commen text-editor.

Kind regards
Chris

Hello, the same thing happened to me with the "Spanish" language. What I did was place the decompressed content of the phar file.
There you can edit the content with a simple notepad.
I hope it helps you. Sorry for my bad English
    Regards.

Hi. Thank you. How did you decompress the content of the phar file? I was not aware that this is a compressed file.
      Kind regards
      Chris

crimle The official translation page is at https://crowdin.com/project/osticket-official , although it appears that the German language pack is now at 100% translated so should be ready for the next release. You can help by going through and upvoting correct translations, or correcting any that are wrong.

It seems as if the terms I mentionned above are officially translated to German. But for some unknown reason, the German language file es only partially effective for my installation. I am not able to edit th «de.phar» file with my notepad++ editor. A lot of hieroglyphs are displayed.
