We are using OSTicket in Serbia. When we installed we downloaded the Serbian language pack and placed it in the include/i18n directory. English is the default language and Serbian is the secondary language.

We would like to make Serbian the default language and change English (United States) to be the secondary language. We have not been able to do this -- is it actually possible?

Have you tried?
Go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> System
Click on the drop down for Primary Language.

Select Serbian.
Click on the drop down for Secondary Language.
Select English.

    Yes, I tried that. After I set Serbian as the primary language it gives me no option to choose the secondary language.

        jlaroche Odd, as it definitely should be there after installing a language pack (see screenshot from my system below):

        I assume the .../include/i18n/en_US directory and all the contents are still there? 🤔

          Even more strange is the fact that I just tried it again and now it works. I definitely did the same exact thing yesterday and it didn't.

          Oh well. I'm glad I got it functioning.
