Files keep attaching on post reply thread even no files were attached

The latest version of OST is v1.12.3
Perhaps this version solves that bug.

I'm not even sure what the problem is. But there doesn't appear to be any steps to reproduce the issue, or mention of how the tickets are being created, etc.

    ntozier Whenever we create a ticket or post a reply, there's a certain file that auto attaches itself. We tested again using different pc's and different user accounts, sadly, that certain file from another pc attaches itself again on ticket creation and on posting a reply. Right now, we are trying to update from 1.12.2 to 1.12.3 to see if it resolves our issue.

    This bug started last friday when we tried attaching 16 files on ticket creation.

        dendi23 we tested it using different browsers (edge chrome firefox). Clearing the browser cache didn't solve the issue. Restarting the server didn't resolve the issue too.

          Resolved by Clearing the Thread_* and attachment table

          You should’ve just fixed the indexes/auto-increments instead of clearing the tables...but hey, whatever works for you.
