When changing the due date in a ticket the timeformat on the calander changes from HH:MM to HHHH:MM
Issue is in IE, Chrome and FF
console gives:
Error parsing the date/time string: Wrong time format
date/time string = 29-10-19 13:15
timeFormat = HHHH:mm
dateFormat = dd-mm-y
