1.14 has not bee released... so I would guess you are running rc1 or rc2. Neither are ready to be used in a production environment. I would recommend restoring from back up.
As far as your actual problem I've never had a problem copying and pasting from Edge, IE, Chrome, Opera, or Vivaldi.
