Can anybody help me to add a field where I could input the total hours used to resolve a ticket and then export it to .csv? Best regards
How can I add a field to input the hours used to resolve a ticket?
Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.
Add your field. Make it required to close the ticket (if you want).
Then the Agent can edit the ticket and populate the details in that field.
It should export when you export.
