I am using osticket version 1.6 RC4 and i am having an issue as i cannot find how to make it possible for the a specific user/user_group to see also the history of any priority change. If you require more details please do not hesitate to ask.

The 1.6.x series has been dead for YEARS. You will have to upgrade to a supported version in order to receive any assistance.

As a side note since your not running a real version, you need to upgrade to 1.6ST before trying to upgrade to the newer versions.
Thank you for your answers, but isn't there any way i can do this for the current version ? I mean this dead version for sure could have this option available when it was live!
You would have to edit the core files and implement this yourself.
