I've got problem with set up, ticket filter to avoid adding autoresponder content to ticket, when some end-user set it up on his email.

For example, i've got a ticket from user, i reply to it with set state close, but ticket is re-opening by email from user starting from text "[EN] This is an automatic reply sent only once."

I've got filter set up as below:

But i'm still getting this autoresponder notification. Is there any way, to block them?

You can just set the Status to be non-reopenable by End Users. This means, if you Close a Ticket it stays Closed even when an auto-reply is sent from the User. You can go to Admin Panel > Manage > Lists > Ticket Statuses > Closed, go to Item Properties, Disable Allow Reopen, click Save, and click Save Changes.

It is bypass problem, not solve it.

We've got two types of closing tickets. One of it is with posibility to re-open, so Your suggestion not solve my problem.

Have you tried "Reject Ticket" instead of Set Status: Closed?

Yes, filters above, have to set action Reject Ticket
