The setup from the documentation has not worked on IMAP, IMAP+SLL, POP3, POP3+SSL. The hosting company looked as much as they could, but referred me back to osTicket.
The email is setup properly: I can send and receive emails just fine. But none of the settings with fetching seem to work.
I saw a post from Sept detailing how to edit the clss.mailfetch.php (change $this->srvstr.='/novalidate-cert}'; to ..'/notls}'; ) to try without SSL, but that did not work...reverted back to orginal class.mailfetch.php file.
osTicket works fine, otherwise..just need help getting email fetching to work.
Any further details I can provide that might help?
