Hi,
I am in the process of setting up osTicket emails so users can send emails that will then create a ticket.
While testing this I got one test email through as a ticket (took a while to come through) I then sent a few more tests and waited a while for the ticket to get created. After a while when no tickets showed I logged into the mailbox (which is office365 if that helps) and sent another test email saw it come through on the inbox and noticed that all my other attempts were not there or in the folder I told osTicket to create and store the tickets in. The only email was the original email that went through as a ticket successfully and moved into the folder.
After a little longer the email that was in the inbox disappeared and I checked the osTicket folder but nothing in there or in the deleted items. I have the option "Move to folder" selected but it seems to be deleting the email bypassing the outlook deleted items and not adding it as a ticket.
Does anyone know why is happening or any troubleshooting methods?
