Hello, i need send ticket data to externals, who haven't access to our osticket. How I can sent word file with ticket data as attachment just after creation a ticket?
There is no mechanism to so this in osTicket at this time (read as: it is not a feature in osTicket).
Your agent would have to export the ticket (as .pdf) and send it to the third party.
