no assigned tickets after updating to 1.14-RC2

I updated to 1.14-RC2 and now for my user it's showing i have no assigned tickets. looking at the "Assigned to" column it's showing my name in a bunch of places but they're not actually listing under the "my tickets". as a temporary work around i tried creating a custom queue under "open" however when i created it and set the "assigned staff" to include my name and it lists 2 out of the probably 15 tickets that should be in my name. is anyone aware of any known issues with this? i should also note my user is the only one experiencing problems with this for one reason or another. i tried to both "local" and ldap logins for my account and they both have the same issue.

it might have something with PHP ver. you are using 5.6.31 this is what osTicket recommend PHP version 7.3
Also, you might want to double-check the permission

php 5.6 is still the recommended version for this web app as far as i can see. which permissions are you referring to? my user has essentially unlimited access to osTicket since i'm the one that set it up.

You should not be running 1.14.rc2 in a production environment. It is beta software for testing purposes.
Tickets are not assigned to Users. They are assigned to Agents. They are owned by Users.

PHP 5.6 is no and has not been the recommended version for osTicket for a while. Also:

Got the same issue ... new installation (testing) OST 1.14 RC2 php 7.3
Persimissions are set correctly.
No tickets are showed under My tickets (tickets are assigned to me as agent).
Open queue works as expected , however nothing under "My tickets.
This behavour is after installing RC2.
Hopefully corrected on final release. 🙂
