My Exchange server require a TLS for SMTP connexions, and a different login/password than the one for the imap connexion. Is there plan to add LOGIN/PASSWORD/TLS functionality for SMTP? Or at least TLS support ?

I am not aware of any plans to create separate username/passwords for SMTP vs IMAP/POP for the same account.

Of course you don't really need one since you could create an email in osTicket to send (note: it needs a real email address).
And then add a second email in osTicket (can be fake) configured with the settings that you need to collect emails. Since you're not using this address to send email it doesn't really need a "real email".
