Batch import of multiple tickets' "Post-Reply" messages

We're running OST v1.9.8.

Just wonder if anyone idea on doing batch import of multiple tickets' "Post-Reply" messages from .CSV file?

We are exploring if possible to prepare a list of tickets' replies and status change (changing ticket to CLOSED status) in spreadsheet .CSV format, and then import in OST SCP?

1.9 is no longer supported. It does not have a ticket import feature that would let you do this.

I do not believe that newer versions do either.
