OsTicket is an Amazing software but has a very old look
- not responsive

A very old template, not responsive, not so nice
My understanding is that 2.0 should be themeable.
Yes but i am not able to do a theme.
Sad to see there is no upgrade on the theme need pay a lot of money for have a responsive theme.
I cannot pay all this money. Sad.

It will be released when it is released, and we are on 1.14.
We do not have set release dates or a timeline of any sort. @ntozier is correct in that the UI/UX will be COMPLETELY revamped in osTicket v2.0. This version has no set release date nor a set development date. With this being said it will include a responsive theme that is mobile-friendly out of the box and will allow a LOT more control over the aesthetics of your helpdesk.
