SMTP failed

I have problem with SMTP:
Sending Email via SMTP

Failed to connect to mail.officium.hu:25 [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 421, response: 4.4.5 Too many SMTP connections from this host)]

I used IIS with Windows Server 2019.

Your host is blocking it with the reason in the error message "(code: 421, response: 4.4.5 Too many SMTP connections from this host)". I suggest that you talk to your host to find out why.

ntozier We have local servers, not in hosting. If i change my mail server to new exchange mail server (which is also is our server room) it's also get error message. We try other ticket system and it's works fine (with local exchange mail server and other mail server which outside our company).

Then look at your mailserver logs to find out why it thinks that your webserver is sending too many emails and blocking the connection.

I correct this problem. But now i have problem with STARTTLS.
error text:
authentication failure [SMTP: STARTTLS failed (code: 220, response: 2.0.0 Ready to start TLS)]

In other ticketing system i can disable it. I attached one picture about it.

I also found some logs in osTicket:
Unable to email via SMTP:mail.officium.hu:25 [email@officium.hu] Failed to add recipient: noreply@tx.spiceworks.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: 5.7.1 Relaying to denied (authentication required))]

Literally this
Failed to add recipient: noreply@tx.spiceworks.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: 5.7.1 Relaying to denied (authentication required))]
means that your osTicket installation is trying to send email to noreply@tx.spiceworks.com.
Since this does not appear to be a local email addres, your mail server is prohibiting the sending to that address.

I have reported the start tls issue to the devs. We'll see what they say.

ntozier I don't know why try attach it to my mail (i send to my gmail.com email for testing only, not to spiceworks.com)

In the first section, i have problem with starttls. I disable it in other ticketing system, and it's work fine. But osTicket doesn't work.

Does your ticket have that email address as a collaborator? Because the system does not try to add emails with out a reason.

Yes, i attach valid email user. But error running smtp. In other ticket system imap and smtp work fine but there i can switch starttls and ssl requests.

You'll have to customize the code in order to disable TLS, etc. Here is a good starting point:
