Hi,
a staff user just told me he received today a stale ticket notification mail even if the ticket was closed last week.
This seems a bug (the user fowarded me the mail as proof) or do you think there could be other?

Did you go look at the ticket and make sure that it is "Closed"?

Take a look at this screenshot reporting the ticket details and the mail received by my colleague Monica.

PS If it is a bug I think that it's not simple to reproduce as this is the first time it happens...

Hi @ntozier two quick updates:
the issue has happened one more time. My colleague received a second email about a stale ticket even if it had been already closed.
I updated OsTicket from 1.12.2 to 1.12.3.
Let's see if it happens again, however did you have any idea about why it happened?

No idea but i passed this thread along to the devs the last time I responded. Hopefully they will look into it and get back to you.

Hi @ntozier thanks for your update, in the meantime I'll keep you updated if the same behaviour happens onto OsTicket 1.12.3 I have installed into production.
