I've never tried to do this with Azure AD, but I imagine that you would do it just like local hosted AD.
Specify your domain.
Put in a DNS server.
Put in the AD server IP / or name.domain.ext.
Check use TLS
specifiy your search user\pass
set your search base.
Set your LDAP Schema
Check the Auth modes you want.
Click Save.
