Unfortunately we cannot create tickets anymore.

There is no such version as 1.12.3. So I presume that you mean 1.12.2 like your screen shot shows.

I have reinstalled version 1.12.2
Now it works fine

After installing a theme that we used in the previous version, I got this error.
It would be nice if there were another solution for this.
With every update we have problems with the theme
Maybe a plugin or a default responsive theme in the new version?

Currently "Themes" in osTicket are not themes. They are Modifications.

Themes are planned for version 2.0 last I heard from the devs.
