mmendoza I suppose you could add the email address osTicket polls as a contact in Nagios, but you'd need to really tighten down your ticket filters to make sure you don't get loads of tickets opened every time a server has high CPU usage or reboots.
I'll admit I did consider it, but we get far too many alerts to make it worthwhile (yes, that's a problem on our side, not Nagios 😅 )
