What is this, a Windows 7 / 8 / 10 type situation?

Just upgraded to RC1... that merge ticket option is so incredibly brilliant. Keep in mind that to get it operational you will need to adjust your permissions. Even as administrator.
I never really understood that - if you're in row 14 of an airplane or the 14th floor on a hotel, it's really the 13th 
Not like just one row or floor is going to get destroyed.
If anything, 1.13 should be released and then it should be used as an incentive to quickly release an even better 1.14 
I renamed this thread osTicket 1.14rc1 discussion since I felt that was a little more on topic.

Obviously I can't comment on the announcement post, but I do want to add: Excellent work to the devs on this 
️ Merging tickets and setting business hours have been two of the features that we've really been hoping would be added soon, and now they both come along at once! Previous updates were great, but this one is even better
