Random Attachments in Messages

Friends, when opening or answering a ticket, is automatically attached to a file used in other tickets in this new ticket, at random. Worse, I can't delete these attachments from the ticket.

Hello sorry for not being able to express myself.
Note in the ticket 2044, that when adding the responses to the ticket, attached files related to other tickets (1996 and 2000), this realized that occurs at random, and are not on all tickets.

Clear your browser cache, clear your browser cookies, clear server cache (restart Apache), and restart PHP-FPM (if running).

Hello, please, some help, nothing resolved while, when posting any message to the ticket, random files are attached with a message. (I updated osticket, database, php, apache, installed plugin to save attachment elsewhere, but nothing solves this bug) Thank you!

I have the same problem exactly, on reply, or new ticket we found random attachments appears (on of our files) this happened in many users and from different PCs.

Is any one able to catch the problem?
