Hello, we need to change the tickets view for our users. For example, change the Subject field by the ticket's description, showing a preview of the ticket without having to click it. if we need to change the source code, can you tell me the right file/database field to change?, thanks

1.11 is no longer supported. I would recommend that you upgrade.

You would likely have to edit the core source files to alter the User interface to display what you want it to display.

      Please can you help, I’ve added a new column for date and time received and we have a column for last updated but they are not populating, can anyone help me get these columns to populate the dates and times. Thanks
