Version of osTicket? Version of PHP? PHP / [unknown] webserver error logs?

It does work. I have v1.12.2 and the latest language pack from https://osticket.com/download and it works just fine.
Maybe you don't have the necessary PHP extensions? Maybe your Agent Profile has English set as language?
