Where I can find those words at osticket's folder? I mean, I am trying to translate ostickect 1.12.2 version and there are some words that still appear at english..

As mentioned in many other threads 1.12.x isn’t up to date with translations. We are going to push the updated strings to our Crowdin project where they can be translated soon. When we push the updated strings to Crowdin and you still don’t see the strings you’re looking for please submit a pull request or request them to be added to the translation system.
