My my osticket database is grown up to 1.6 GB . is is tpaossible to compact ?

1.9 is end of life.

You could delete old tickets, or old attachments.

I want to upgrade to latest version . but i want to test latest version with my old database . i have installed latest version and imported old database but it is not working .please advise

      Environment : windows hosting with cpanel
      version:1.9

      This is apparently not true... since you said:

        i have done this . but now last updated column shows blank in open ticket and every related page.
