Like I said before, if you are upgrading to v1.14.1 (downloaded from the website) you DO NOT apply the patch as it’s already there. The reason you are getting the upgrader when applying the patch is you are setting the schema signature to a signature in the past and it’s saying it cannot upgrade to a patch in the past.
If you upgrade to v1.14.1 and your emails are still borked you need to check the actual database and if the columns listed in the patch are not updated then the patch didn’t run correctly and you can manually apply the patch (just the alter tables and not the schema update query). The patch is here:
Remember, don’t run the last query where it updates schema signature as you already have new one. If you run the queries, the columns are showing varchar(255) in the database, and nothing changes in the UI then it’s most likely the form field limitations. You need to check the Size and Max Length values. If these are low then that’s your issue.
