The default system prosess is after ticket status goint to resolved, the requester will close the ticket. I need to add additional menu/button option (success or reject) after the ticket resolved / close. Is it possible ?
1.8 is very end of life and no longer supported. You would have to edit the core files to add this feature as it is not a feature in osTicket at this time.
