Hi can we add new Status of ticket like Pending and also it will add to the end user interface like int he picture... and also it will add another tab like closed

kenxplay In the stock version of osTicket, you could just make a custom queue to display only tickets that have a specific status (I do this on my installation). However, since you appear to be using a theme mod you'd have to ask the developer of that how to get custom queues/statuses to appear in the list at the top.
